When your wife is your wingman: Wife razzes husband when he freezes around 'free pass' Olivia Munn

A number of couples practice the concept of a “free pass.” Essentially, it is permission to cheat on your partner with one celebrity, should the opportunity arise. Since it is so unusual for an ordinary person to meet a star in real life, or would have the chops to woo them, there is rarely an issue.

However, Adam J. Liston, a pilot, did have such an opportunity, and his wife razzed him on Twitter when he failed to shoot his shot.

Before he took off on his flight, he sent his wife, Mandi, a text saying that his “free pass,” Olivia Munn, was on his plane. Instantly, proving to be a solid wing woman, Mandi tells him to get a selfie with his crush.

“This is your moment,” she texted.

However, Liston, a father of two, sent only one picture — a lone selfie. He froze and was unable to ask the actress for a picture, despite helpful advice from his wife such as, “Invite her to see the cockpit.”

The X-Men: Apocalypse star eventually responded to the tweet, rubbing salt in Liston’s wound, saying that all he had to do was ask for a photo.

There’s always a chance that Munn and the pilot will run into each other on a return flight, maybe?
