Winnie Harlow Models Leggings & Chunky Sneakers Look for Puma Campaign Shoot

Winnie Harlow was spotted shooting a new campaign for Puma in Los Angeles on Monday. The model was dressed in 2020 summer staples: leggings and sneakers.

Harlow, who signed on as a Puma ambassador in June, was seen being photographed on a crosswalk, holding flowers and a newspaper. She was dressed in an all-black ensemble, which included Puma leggings and a long-sleeved Puma scoop-neck shirt.

Her chunky sneakers were likely the star of the shoot. The style featured a soft color palette including pops of navy and neon green. Harlow accessorized with a belt bag and gold hoop earrings.

Harlow and Puma’ first campaign together was for one of the brand’s newest sneaker styles, the Kryon, which was inspired by Puma’s archive shoes.

The announcement of their partnership came amid the protests and national unrest in the U.S. regarding racial inequality. “In times like these, it’s important to remember grassroots organizations that are working to create change at the local level and I am excited to begin this journey with my Puma family,” Harlow wrote on Instagram with the news of their deal. “We’ve been working on several projects over the last few months, that I’m excited for you all to see in the coming weeks.”

She added that her first order of business alongside Puma would be to donate product to The Trayvon Martin Foundation to support the organization’s summer STEM camp.

In her latest campaign for the athletic company, which debuted last month, Harlow modeled the Mile Rider sneaker style. The shoes are detailed in a retro, neon green, pink and black colorway. The silhouette is also offered in white, blue and yellow glacier-gray.
