These WNBA stars are making plays on and off the court.
Sue Bird, Breanna Stewart, Nneka Ogwumike, Te'a Cooper and DiDi Richards posed in black swimsuits for the latest Sports Illustrated Swimsuit issue.
"The women of @wnba traded in their uniforms for swimsuits and made all our swishes come true. Sue Bird, Breanna Stewart, Nneka Ogwumike, Te'a Cooper, and DiDi Richards will be featured in our 2022 issue- hitting news stands on May 19th," the magazine shared on Instagram Monday. "These players not only dominate on the court but are tirelessly leading the charge in speaking out on social justice issues- fighting for racial justice and equality and working together to create sustainable change."
Bird and Stewart, who play for the Seattle Storm, posed alongside Ogwumike, who plays for the Los Angeles Sparks. Richards, who plays for the New York Liberty, posed beside Cooper, who was recently released from the Los Angeles Sparks.
Fans of the franchise are super excited to see their favorite WNBA stars channeling their inner models for the shoot.

"Omg I love love this," added another.
"I'm sorry wuuuut?! This is such a MOMENT ????????," shared another.
The WNBA's official Instagram account also shared the post, writing "We can do both."
Sports Illustrated Swimsuit also shared some behind-the-scenes footage of the players sharing their feelings about posing for the shoot and finding the confidence to do something a bit out of their comfort zones.
"Basketball is like 90% mental and I think it's the same way with, you know, self-confidence," said Stewart.
Richards even shared which famous Sports Illustrated Swimsuit alumni she channeled to prepare for the beach shoot.
"Channel my inner golden Banks, my golden Tyra Banks and Golden Barbie [Jasmine Sanders]," she said.
