Women love Lane Bryant's ads so much they're sharing their own #ImNoAngel pics
Lane Bryant made headlines last week when the brand relaunched its #ImNoAngel campaign from 2015 — featuring brand favorite Ashley Graham and introducing actress Danielle Brooks. The initiative, which aims to embrace all body types, is “daring” women to share their truths about their personal journey to self-love and body positivity while acknowledging the parts of which they’ve often felt ashamed. Graham kicked off the campaign sharing her own “truth is” in a video posted to Instagram in which she admitted she’s not always body-confident.

“The truth is, I don’t wake up every single morning loving the skin I’m in,” the model shares. “It took me so many years because I haven’t always loved my lumps, bumps, cellulite, stretch marks. I want to give you encouragement because you too can love all of this, all of that.”
The video, which garnered a huge response, is only the beginning of what seems to be a growing movement, where women all over the world are sharing their own truths with the hashtag #ImNoAngel. And if you weren’t already inspired by the amazing women working with Lane Bryant for the campaign, you’re sure to be inspired by the everyday women who shared their #ImNoAngel stories below.

From women who are confidently and unapologetically themselves to those still admitting to the struggle of posting the raw photos, there’s no denying that each post is inspirational and relatable. However, one body-positive advocate, Carmen Rene, expressed her full dedication to the movement with a series of three incredible posts.

Although not everyone is quite ready to share their photos, the gracious response to those who have is wonderful to see.
