Another episode of Hulu's The Kardashians, another shocking bombshell! Thursday night's episode focused a lot on Khloé Kardashian and Tristan Thompson's post-cheating scandal vibes, and Khloé revealed that Tristan had actually proposed to her shortly before news of his infidelity broke.

This revelation came during a conversation between Khloé and Kim Kardashian, who told her sister (via Us Weekly), “One of the lessons is you can’t worry about what is humiliating. I mean the fact that he proposed and you never told us and I asked him the night after I thought it happened and he said, ‘I did it months ago. She didn’t tell you guys?'”

Khloé explained that she turned down Tristan's proposal because she wasn't in a place where she was 100 percent comfortable or proud to say she was engaged.

“I said I need to make sure this is a totally different relationship because I want to be proud to say I am engaged to anyone," she said. "That is why I said, ‘I am not comfortable accepting this because I am not excited to tell my family.' And as hurtful as it was for him to hear it was the truth, I would never accept something and give someone false hope.”

Khloé and Tristan currently have a coparenting relationship, and—while news that Tristan fathered another child while they were together was obviously super upsetting to Khloé—the birth of their son definitely helped her Khloé feel more positive.

“I am so grateful, it’s such a beautiful gift that we’re able to have,” she said during The Kardashians' season 2 premiere. “Ever since December, it’s been this dark cloud looming over me. Every single day, I’ve been feeling depressed and sad, and now that my son is here, I get to move on and I get to enjoy. It’s almost like I get to close that chapter and be done with this trauma and put it behind me.Now I finally get to start the healing process. Now I get to start enjoying my life with two kids in it and figuring this out. This is gonna be day one, and this is gonna be the start of something positive and happy and beautiful.”
