Heritage denim brand Wrangler and Los Angeles-based lifestyle brand Staud dropped their third collaboration on Thursday, offering a seamless transition into the cooler months ahead with earthy colors and cozy outerwear.

The women’s collection introduces two new denim styles: the Everyday jeans, a slim straight fit and Must jean, a snug-fitting flare jean.

It also features a sleeveless button-up denim top, maxi skirt, zip-up jacket and cropped bootcut jean. The Biggest Jean Jacket, an oversized jacket that has been a fan favorite since the first Wrangler + Staud collection last fall, returns as a reversible shearling style.

The collection’s palette includes sergeant green, earth brown, black and cream, which the brands said, “can be worn head to toe for a cohesive, tonal look or mixed and matched for endless combinations.”

The nine-piece collection is inspired by Staud’s Fall 2024 collection, which consists of striped sweater dresses, tan suede coordinates, a wide range of chunky sweaters in autumnal colors and trendy merlot accessories.

“After two breakout seasons, Wrangler + Staud is responding to consumer demand with fresh, new looks for Fall 2024, once again blending Wrangler’s genuine Western heritage with Staud’s sophisticated, timeless style,” said Holly Wheeler, vice president of global brand marketing for Kontoor Brands. “The collection introduces bold, new colors and textures while remaining true to the Wrangler legacy of quality, craftsmanship and authenticity, further positioning the brand as a leader in a market increasingly influenced by the American West.”

The collection retails for $165-$395 and is available online on both brands’ websites. It is also sold at Staud stores and at select Nordstrom locations.

Wrangler and Staud initially teamed up in Fall 2023 with eight classic Americana designs. In Spring 2024, the brands released a larger assortment that included Bermuda shorts, a shirt dresses and pop of sunny yellow denim.

As Wrangler works on growing its women’s business, Fall 2024 is proving to be a season filled with newness and opportunity. The Kontoor Brands-owned label launched Wrangler Bespoke in August. Made with fabrics that have superior stretch and shape retention, Bespoke jeans have a unique waistband to avoid waistline gaps, and an exclusive yoke-over-body construction with angled back pockets to highlight curves.

The brand will also release its collection co-designed with Grammy Award-winning country music artist Lainey Wilson this month.
