X-Men 97 Rated Best Show of 2024 (So Far)

Who saw this coming? X-Men 97 is now the best show of 2024, according to Rotten Tomatoes.

Marvel’s animated series, which launched 20 March, 2024 on Disney+, currently has a shock score of 100% on the reviews aggregate site - in other words, a perfect rating.

Bear in mind, the entire show has yet to air. The remainder of the ten-episode first season is set to release weekly up until May 15.

Still, it’s a promising sign, and one Marvel is keenly aware of. Not only is it working on X-Men 97 season 2 right now, but a third season has also been greenlit.

The series, which follows on directly from the classic ‘90s animation, sees Cyclops lead his band of mutants in the wake of Professor X’s death,

Strong characterization, memorable dialogue, and thrilling fight scenes using each mutant’s powers innovatively, contributed to its perfect rating.

But what about a potential live-action series? The Bear star wants to play Cyclops in X-Men.
