Magazines can get unruly - you swear you’re going to read them, but they just pile up around you uncontrollably. This magazine mayhem can be managed by these simple, out-of-the-way wall-mounted racks.

Materials:

  • 11-by-14 Inch shadow box

  • ¼ - Inch dowel

  • Decorative label letters

  • Nails

  • Double-stick mounting squares

Tools:

  • Scissors

  • Hot-glue gun

  • Hammer

Instructions:

  1. Remove the glass and the back of the frame from the shadow box.

  2. Using your scissors, cut the dowel to the inside width of the opening of the frame and hot-glue it in place about a third of the way up, on the inside of the frame.

  3. Hot-glue label letters onto the outside edge of the frame.

  4. Hammer two nails into the wall, the width of the inside dimensions of your frame apart. You want your frame to fit snuggly over these nails so as not to fall off with the weight of your magazines. Place mounting squares on the bottom corners.
