This Will Make Your Halloween Worth Framing
A Different Frame of Mind
Let’s do a little something different with all of those frames you have lying around. Let’s think outside of the box.
You don’t always have to put something in the frame, you can put something on the frame, too …
Its like taking a cool thought and putting it up for all to see.
Materials:
Store-bought frames with a glass front – all shapes and sizes can work
Stickers of images, shapes, or letters to spell your word
Tools:
Masking tape
Ruler
Hot glue gun
Instructions:
Make sure the glass on the frame is clean and dry – no fingerprints or smudges.
Position your images or letters how you want to see them on the frame.
Take the backing off your frame. (You won’t need this part anymore, so you can toss it.)
Peel off the sticker backing and stick them on!
Run a light bead of hot glue in the corners.
Put the glass back in frame with the image facing outward.
Hint: Use a piece of masking tape – and a ruler to measure it level on both sides – so you can make a straight line if you need it.
It’s that easy! Now you have a fresh-looking clear glass art piece to hang on your wall or lean up against the wall in a modern way. And, when you get tired of what you made, simply peel off the letters and make something new. So, get out there and frame it up!
