What you’ll need:
? Toilet paper or paper towel tube
? Wrapping or construction paper
? Ribbon
? Popper filling (stickers, paper stars, beads, confetti, etc.)

Step 1: Cut a toilet paper tube in half. (A paper towel roll works, too — cut it in quarters and use two of the pieces.)
Step 2: Cover the pieces with wrapping paper or construction paper, securing one end with a festive ribbon.

Step 3: Fill from the other end with playful prizes and treats like bells, toy animals, pom-poms, and stickers.
Step 4: Secure the open end with an additional piece of ribbon. Pull at both ends to crack.
