Carrie Fisher Does Not Like Her New 'Star Wars' Hair
Carrie Fisher was on Live with Kelly and Michael Thursday. And just a few days after revealing in Good Housekeeping that she was asked to lose more than 35 pounds to reprise the role of Princess Leia in Star Wars: The Force Awakens, Fisher once again addressed her appearance in the movie.
When Kelly Rippa asked what we can expect to see from Princess Leia, Fisher said, “I think she’s had some life experiences that are complex, and I think it shows in some of the three pictures they’ve released of me. I kind of look exhausted. And that’ll happen after 40 years, you get tired.”

Fisher dug a little deeper into what she doesn’t like about her appearance when she referred to her movie poster hair as looking like a “baboon ass.” Apparently you don’t see that hairstyle too often in the film, but she said the filmmakers snuck it onto the poster.
Then again, if you’re comparing the new hairstyle to her iconic “ear muff” look she wore in the original movie, it’s probably easy to be angry about it.
