It seems like the only thing Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson loves more than making movies is providing fans with behind-the-scenes peeks at that process. And for Halloween, he’s got a particularly frightful new clip for his many social-media followers — one that comes at the expense of his favorite co-star.
Johnson’s latest Instagram post is a quick video from the set of Jumanji, the sequel-reboot to the popular 1995 hit starring Robin Williams about a young boy who becomes trapped in a board game. Johnson’s follow-up, due in 2017, also stars Jack Black, Karen Gillan and his Central Intelligence costar Kevin Hart, and it’s Hart who’s the butt of Johnson’s latest joke, which as the above clip makes clear, takes full advantage of the comedian’s fear of the creepy crawly creatures lurking on the ground where they’re shooting in Hawaii
As Johnson writes in the post: “You gotta understand that when we’re asked to lay down in these jungles – when you look closely on the ground – it’s literally moving with all kinds of bugs, spiders and centipedes. It’s Kev’s worst nightmare and some of the funniest shit I’ve seen when he thinks something is crawling on him.”
Following his prior social-media updates, this newest clip continues to suggest that Johnson has high hopes for the upcoming (still-untitled) project, which he says will pay tribute to the late Williams. You can watch his prank on Hart above, and see Jumanji 2 when it stampedes into theaters on July 28, 2017.
