1 injured in shooting on Shumway Street
BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — A man was injured in a shooting late Wednesday night on Shumway Street, Buffalo police said.
Police responded to the first block of Shumway around 10:30 p.m. Wednesday, where a 35-year-old male had been shot multiple times. It was his birthday. The person was transported to ECMC where and taken into surgery for injuries to his abdomen, hand and buttocks.
A WIVB News 4 photographer on scene captured a car with damage that appeared to be from a bullet.
