1 person killed, 6 injured in 6-car crash on I-480 West
CLEVELAND (WJW) — All lanes of Interstate 480 West just beyond Tiedeman Road were closed several hours on Sunday morning for a crash, according to the Ohio Department of Transportation.
ODOT traffic cameras just before 9 a.m. showed several ambulances and other emergency vehicles on scene.

The crash involved six vehicles, Cleveland Fire Department wrote on social media. Fire officials later confirmed one woman was killed.
The Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner’s Office later Sunday identified the woman as 22-year-old Michelle M. Jackson of Cleveland.
Six other people were injured, but are in stable condition, a fire department spokesperson told FOX 8 News.
Those six people refused medical transportation, according to Cleveland EMS.

Drivers behind the initial crash scene were turned around on the shoulder and rerouted. The roadway remained closed before the West 130th Street exit for hours.
The roadway had reopened by noon.
