Power restored across WNY after thousands of outages caused by severe weather
BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — Power has been restored to most all of Western New York after thousands were in the dark amid severe weather on Saturday, according to the organization’s outage map.
The bulk of the outages were centered in Erie County, mainly in the Lancaster, Clarence and Orchard Park areas. At one point, over 11,000 customers had lost power.
