$130K in damages estimated from fire on Fredro Street
BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — Around $130,000 in damages was estimated from a fire on Fredro Street in Buffalo’s Kaisertown neighborhood early Tuesday morning, fire officials said.
Crews responded to 52 Fredro around 6 a.m. Tuesday. Officials said the fire began in a step-down area on the third side and extended to the second floor.
The occupants of the home were treated on scene but declined transportation to the hospital. The Red Cross has been notified.
The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
