OSHP’s initial investigation found the teen was driving a Dodge Avenger going northbound when he went left of the center line and struck the semi-truck head on. The Dodge went off the side of the road, as did the semi, which caught on fire.
The teen has not yet been identified. An investigation is ongoing, OSHP said.
