2 men shot, killed at NE Portland boat ramp

PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — Two men were shot to death at a Portland boat ramp early Saturday evening, police said.

Shots were fired around 7:50 p.m. at the M. James Gleason Memorial Boat Ramp, 4325 NE Marine Drive. When officers arrived they found the two men were already dead.

The shooter or shooters remain at large and the investigation is active and ongoing.
