News: Jared Fogle to plead guilty to child pornography charges
Jared Fogle, the long-time spokesman for Subway, agreed to plead guilty to allegations that accused him of paying for sex acts with minors and receiving child pornography. The government agreed that they wouldn't seek a sentence for more than 12 1/2 years in Prison, and Fogle agreed to not ask for less than five years.
Entertainment: 'Batgirl' actress Yvonne Craig dead at 78
Yvonne Craig, the actress who played Batgirl on the ABC 1960s series "Batman" died at age 78 on Monday. She passed away at her home in California, and she had been battling breast cancer that metastasized to her liver.
Tech: Green light given to build a 'future space elevator'
A Canada-based company called Thoth Technology was recently granted a patent -- both in the U.S. and the U.K -- for a space elevator that would reach 12.5 miles into the sky. It's designed to propel astronauts into the stratosphere, eventually allowing them to be launched into space.
Sports: Tom Brady openly talks about NFL suspension
After the Deflategate controversy that Tom Brady has faced, he has begun to openly talk about being suspended from the NFL. Court hearing resume today, and Tom Brady mentioned that he is willing to accept punishment from the NFL.
