31-year-old man dies after motorcycle vs deer crash in Waushara County, passenger airlifted

COLOMA, Wis. (WFRV) – A man from Waushara County reportedly died after a motorcycle crash and a passenger was airlifted from the scene due to their injuries.

According to the Waushara County Sheriff’s Office, on July 10 around 7:45 p.m., a 911 call came reporting a motorcycle vs deer crash on 2nd Lane south of State Road 21 in Coloma. Multiple agencies reportedly responded to the scene of the crash.

Officials say that the motorcyclist, identified as 31-year-old Aric Kerschner from Coloma, was pronounced dead at the scene. The passenger was reportedly airlifted to UW-Madison for their injuries.
