32 missing children in Northeast Ohio safely located
AKRON, Ohio (WJW) – US Marshals announced Monday that dozens of children had been rescued as part of “Operation Homecoming.”
According to a press release, marshals joined the Akron Police Department and Summit County Sheriff’s Office to help find missing and endangered children.

32 missing children between the ages of 13 and 18 were recovered, according to US Marshals.
Some of the missing children were recovered in the Akron area, others in Cleveland, and one child, who was reported missing in 2022, was safely located in Washington state, according to the release.

No further information on the operation was released.
Anyone with information on a missing person or a wanted fugitive is asked to call the Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force at 1-866-4WANTED.
