4 facing drug charges after Livingston Parish deputies seize fentanyl, marijuana, meth

LIVINGSTON PARISH, La. (BRPROUD) — Four people were arrested after an investigation by the Livingston Parish Sheriff’s Office.

Agents with the LPSO Narcotics Division were investigating a polydrug trafficker, who was identified as Richerd Head AKA “Woo,” 29, of Walker.

“After receiving information about the distribution of various narcotics throughout Livingston Parish by Head, LPSO Narcotics Agents launched an investigation and secured a search warrant for Head’s residence located on Head Street in Walker,” said Sheriff Jason Ard.

The sheriff’s office said the following items were seized:

  • Around 60.1 grams of methamphetamine.

  • Around 26.2 grams of cocaine/fentanyl mixture.

  • Around 14 grams of fentanyl.

  • Around 115 grams of marijuana.

  • Around one gram of THC moon rocks.

  • Around seven dosage units of pressed fentanyl pills (disguised as oxycodone).

  • Around nine dosage units of Alprazolam.

  • Around two dosage units of Morphine.

  • Around 81 grams of unknown white powder, suspected to be cutting agent.

  • Five digital weighing scales and packaging material.

  • Around $627.

  • 2021 Audi Q5 (pending seizure).

Port Allen police investigate shooting that left 1 dead

Head was arrested and charged with possession with intent to distribute Schedule I drug, three counts of manufacture/distribution Schedule II drug, distribution/manufacture Schedule IV drug, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Malik Garrett, 29, of Walker, was arrested and charged with three counts of possession with intent to distribute Schedule I drug, two counts of manufacture/distribution Schedule II drug and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Kedriel Corio, 25, of Denham Springs, was arrested and charged with three counts of possession with intent to distribute Schedule I drug, two counts of manufacture/distribution Schedule II drug and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Jace Bergeron, 22, of Walker, was arrested and charged with possession with intent to distribute Schedule I drug and manufacture/distribution Schedule II drug.
