65-year-old killed in 2-vehicle crash in Cattaraugus County

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — One person was killed in a crash Monday afternoon in Cattaraugus County, New York State Police said Tuesday.

Investigation showed that a 2008 Dodge was traveling on State Route 417 in the Town of Portville when a 2014 Kia entered an intersection at Fischer Lane, causing the two vehicles to collide.

The driver of the Kia, 65-year-old Clemendina Gaylor of Portville, was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver and a passenger in the Dodge were transported to Olean General Hospital and are listed in stable condition.
