Above-ground metro rail service back open

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — The above-ground metro rail is back open after being closed for nearly a month, the NFTA announced Monday.
Single tracking has resumed while full service on both tracks is expected to resume Dec. 1. However, single tracking will remain nightly after 8:30 p.m. until further notice.
