Another new apartment complex is coming to southwest Louisville. Here's what's going in
Project: Glengrove Apartments
Location: 6605 W. Orell Road
Description: The Highgates Group, a company with several developments in the Louisville area, is constructing a new apartment complex near Valley Station.
Brent Hackworth, the vice president of Construction and Development for The Highgates Group, said the complex will have 10 buildings with a total of 232 units.
Hackworth said there will be three types of apartments: two bedrooms with two bathrooms, three bedrooms with two bathrooms and two bedroom studios with two bathrooms that will be half and half.
The complex will have several amenities including a pool, playground, gym, dog park and a pickleball court, Hackworth said.
What's being replaced: Hackworth said the space was an arcade, driving range and go kart range in the past, but has been unused for several years.
