Another restaurant slated to join Whole Foods at Barn Plaza. Here's what First Watch offers
First Watch, a daytime dining chain offering breakfast, brunch and lunch, is coming to Doylestown.
The restaurant is the latest tenant to join the Barn Plaza shopping center on South Easton Road in Doylestown Township, where a new Whole Foods, Barnes and Noble and Honeygrow are expected to open later this year.
According to a recent update to a site plan by the Brixmor Property Group — the leasing and development company which owns and operates the 237,681-square-foot shopping center — First Watch will occupy the former Applebee’s site.
That site, plus the former Regal Cinema Barn theater section, are part of a proposed redevelopment plan submitted by Brixmor to demolish the existing structures and construct four new buildings, creating spaces for six more restaurants, four additional retail shops and a medical office.
