CARBONDALE, LACKAWANNA COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU) — According to the Carbondale High School principal, a second suspect is in custody after another threat against the high school was made over the weekend.

“In an effort to remain as transparent as possible, we felt it necessary to inform of an incident that was brought to our attention,” stated Carbondale High School Principal Joseph Farrell.

On Monday, school officials sent a notification to parents saying they were told by several students that a verbal threat was made against the school over the weekend.
