BATON ROUGE, La. (BRPROUD) — Police arrested three suspects accused of breaking into the Raising Cane’s River Center and causing $50,000 in damages.
The Baton Rouge Police Department said detectives identified all suspects in the case. The trio were arrested and charged with simple burglary and criminal damage to property.
Javin Thomas, Edward Eisley and Tatiana Gordon were booked into the East Baton Rouge Parish Prison.
The break-in happened around 1 a.m. Tuesday, June 18. According to an affidavit, police determined via security footage that the suspects threw a brick through a door to get in and then sprayed fire extinguishers through the halls. Investigators said empty fire extinguishers were thrown at six 80-inch TVs, worth an estimated $5,000 each, and vending machines.
