Bernalillo County Sheriff’s Office releases video of drag racing arrest
ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – The Bernalillo County Sheriff’s Office shared video of the moment deputies caught up with a suspected street racer.

Video captured Sunday evening shows deputies responding to reports of illegal drag racing near the Isleta Amphitheater. Deputies arrived and spotted multiple vehicles racing. The driver in a black Dodge Challenger attempted to flee. Deputies say the driver initially escapes, but they caught up with 19-year-old Percy Dabney a couple of hours later. Dabney is now charged with aggravated fleeing from an officer, racing on highways and reckless driving.
