Car crashes into house on Forest Avenue

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — A car crashed into a house on Forest Avenue on Friday afternoon, according to police.

Police responded to the call just after 12:30 p.m. Friday, where the car had crashed into the home at the intersection of Forest Avenue and Dart Street.

No injuries were reported inside the home, and the driver was transported to ECMC for evaluation.

The residence sustained significant damage. Inspectors are still on scene as of 2:20 p.m. assessing the home. Drivers are asked to avoid the area.
