It comes amid a busy week for Harris, who is campaigning in the Great Lake State, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin.

The radio personality and comedian asked Michigan residents to submit questions before his chat with Harris.

Concerned about the president's ability to be an effective messenger, Charlamagne Tha God was critical of President Joe Biden's reelection campaign. With 8 million monthly listeners, that criticism likely mattered to Democrats, particularly because his loyal young Black audience is part of a voting bloc the president struggled to court.

His discussion with Harris is part of her recent media blitz as she ramps up public appearances after receiving criticism for not doing many interviews with traditional news outlets.

In August, shortly after Harris ascended to the top of the Democratic ticket, Charlamagne Tha God questioned why she wasn't taking full advantage of her virality. He called on her to collaborate with more influencers and appear on more shows. Three weeks out from Election Day, she seems to have granted his wish.

Harris appeared on a "60 Minutes" special that aired last Monday and will sit down with Fox News' Bret Baier for an interview that will air Wednesday. It will be her first interview with the network watched by many conservatives.

So close to Nov. 5, most voters know which candidate they will support, but a small portion remains undecided. Until Election Day, Harris and Republican nominee former President Donald Trump plan to remain on the campaign trail, making stops in crucial battleground states, hoping to get those voters on their side.
