Chautauqua County man accused of putting tracking device on victim’s vehicle
BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — A Chautauqua County man was arrested last Thursday for fourth-degree stalking after he allegedly put a tracking device on a victim’s vehicle, New York State Police announced.
According to police, troopers responded to a possible stalking incident in Westfield last Sunday. A 28-year-old victim had located a Tracki Model TRKM 110-T on their vehicle which was then taken into evidence.
Account details came back to Robert Spoon, 46, of Westfield after a subpoena was issued for the device. Spoon was arrested and transported to Cattaraugus County Jail.
An order of protection was issued.
