Country band Parmalee to perform at Loeb Stadium in summer 2024
LAFAYETTE, Ind. — As the year comes to a close, the city of Lafayette announced the first artists to play at Loeb Stadium in summer 2024 — the country band Parmalee.
The concert will take place at 7:30 p.m. July 26 in Loeb Stadium.
The North Carolina natives hit the top of the charts in 2021 with their platinum-certified No. 1 single with Blanco Brown, “Just the Way,” as well as their follow-up No. 1 hit, “Take My Name,” both of which appear on their album, "For You."
Parmalee is comprised of brothers Matt and Scott, cousin Barry Knox and life-long friend Josh McSwain.
“Heralded as 'Country Music’s Breakout Stars' by MSN Entertainment, Parmalee has supported Brad Paisley and Jake Owen on national tours while finding time to perform on NBC’s "TODAY" show, "The Kelly Clarkson Show, "The Late Late Show," ",FOX & Friends," "All American Summer Concert Series," and MLB Central’s Studio 21,” states the press release.
Tickets will range from $35, $50, to $65, plus applicable fees depending on the seat. Ticket sales will open to the public on Friday, Dec. 1 at noon, and can be found on the Long Center for the Performing Arts’ website, longpac.org or can be purchased over the phone at 765-742-5664. Pre-sale starts Wednesday, Nov. 29,at noon.
The event is presented by Real Journeyman/Quality Connection, IU Health, the City of Lafayette, Lafayette Parks & Recreation, Honeywell Arts & Entertainment, and Long Center for the Performing Arts.
