New database for upcoming Super Bowl job opportunities
NEW ORLEANS (WGNO) — The Mayor’s Office of Cultural Economy is creating a database for cultural artists to enter their information for Super Bowl related job opportunities.
According to City of New Orleans officials, the new database will connect professionals in the cultural and creative industries to hirers with the Greater New Orleans Sports Foundation, Super Bowl leadership and NFL-affiliated stakeholders by serving as a hub of information.

Those who respond to the interest form will be considered for participation in official Super Bowl LIX events and activities all the way up to and including game day on Feb. 9, 2025.
A few potential opportunities include the NFL Experience, NFL Honors, Host Committee events, pre-game activities and Super Bowl perimeter activities.
The call for interest is open to professionals in a wide range of artistic fields including the following:
Traditional cultural artists
Brass bands
Amplified bands
Youth bands (including high school and college)
Visual artists
Gospel or spiritual artists
Culinary professionals
Movement artists
DJs
Emcees
Photographers
Videographers
Film industry vendors
Designers (fashion, graphic, float)
Event managers
Writers and publishers
Tour guides
Makeup artists
Hair stylists
Barbers

The form will be open as long as opportunities are available, but priority will be given to submissions made by Aug. 28. Those interested in signing up can access the for interest form here.
