Daughter of country music royalty to perform in Marshall
MARSHALL, Texas (KTAL/KMSS) – In September, Memorial City Hall will host an evening with Georgette Jones, “Songs & Stories from the only daughter of George Jones & Tammy Wynette.”
Georgette has earned the nickname “Country Music’s First Princess” and has been singing on stage since she was three years old. Jones has toured overseas and across North America, performing at the Opry and Ryman. In addition to singing and songwriting, she is also an author. She co-wrote her biography, “The Three of Us,” sharing insight on life with famous parents.
The show at Memorial City Hall, 110 East Houston Street, starts at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday, September 14th. Tickets range in price from $41 to $51.
