Denver will enjoy mainly sunny skies with light winds on Thursday, but the heat this weekend may not be as enjoyable.

Highs will make it into the upper 90s Thursday, keeping Denver above average but shy of any new record highs. There will be some extra clouds late in the afternoon and into the evening hours.
Weather tonight: Mostly clear
A few clouds linger overnight with mostly clear skies. Winds will be light Thursday night as lows are mild in the middle 60s.

Friday begins a three-day stretch of high heat and heat advisories as highs could be near the low triple digits.

Denver will see partly to mainly sunny skies all weekend long with highs in the low 100s. Heat advisories will be in effect from 10 a.m. through 8 p.m. as temperatures could reach 98-103 degrees.
Monday will still be hot with highs in the upper 90s and partly cloudy skies. There is a small chance for some late storms on Monday afternoon.
Tuesday has more clouds with better storm chances in the afternoon as highs are seasonal in the low 90s.
Wednesday has even better chances for showers and storms with partly cloudy skies and mild highs in the middle 80s.
