Denver weather: Hot and sunny start to the week
DENVER (KDVR) — Denver will be near record highs on Monday with temperatures in the upper 90s with plenty of sunshine across the Front Range in the Denver weather forecast.
Weather today: Nearing record highs
With mainly sunny skies on Monday, temperatures will be near record highs in the upper 90s. The record sits at 99 degrees and at 4:41 p.m., the National Weather Service said that record has beenbeen tied.

Weather tonight: Clear skies
Skies stay clear Monday night as winds will be very light. Overnight lows in the lower 60s will only be a few degrees above average.
Looking ahead: Dry and hot stretch
Tuesday looks to be the hottest day of the week with highs in the upper 90s and mainly sunny skies. There is a heat advisory in effect on Tuesday from 11 a.m. until 8 p.m. with high heat across the Front Range.
Wednesday is still hot as highs stay in the upper 90s with plenty of sunshine. Thursday might see a few extra clouds with the chance for a late-day storm in the plains as highs are in the middle 90s.

Friday finishes off the workweek with partly cloudy skies and hot highs in the middle 90s.
The weekend is slightly more comfortable with highs in the middle 90s and a mix of sun and clouds.
