CLEVELAND (WJW) — A new lawsuit accusing Cleveland Browns quarterback Deshaun Watson of sexual assault was filed Monday, the I-Team has learned.
Browns TE David Njoku could miss weeks with ankle injury
The lawsuit was filed in Harris County District Court in Houston, Texas, by attorney Tony Buzbee, who represented 23 other women who sued Watson for sexual misconduct.
In the latest case, the woman, who is not named on the lawsuit, says the assault happened Oct. 10, 2020. She said she invited Watson over for dinner at her home.
According to the lawsuit, the woman alleges that Watson first “aggressively insisted” that she massage him. At one point, the lawsuit states, Watson sexually assaults her. She said she was able to escape him and ran to get a heavy piece of décor for self defense, but Watson ran out of the apartment.

The woman is asking for $1 million in damages.
We reached out to Buzbee asking if the woman filed a police report. He has yet to respond. He did say the lawsuit speaks for itself.
