Details sought after Santa Fe shooting leaves victim in critical condition
SANTA FE, N.M. (KRQE) – On Thursday evening, a shooting injured one person, the Santa Fe Police Department (SFPD) stated. It happened around 11 p.m.
According to SFPD, officers were called to the Sonic Drive-In on Cerrillos Road after a 20-year-old was found unresponsive in the parking lot. He had a gunshot wound.
The victim was taken to a hospital and then transferred to an Albuquerque facility; he’s reported to be in critical condition.

A witness told police they saw a silver sedan driven by a man with two female passengers fleeing after the incident. Authorities are looking into leads and video evidence.
