Independent candidate for president Robert F. Kennedy Jr. has admitted to being the culprit behind the 2014 discovery of a dead bear cub in Central Park.

In a video posted to X, RFK Jr. said he saw the bear cub get killed by a van while he was driving in the Hudson Valley, he pulled over and retrieved the cub in hopes that he could skin it later and keep the meat.

Kennedy, who said he decided to drive to the airport instead of his home in Westchester after a late dinner at Peter Luger Steak House in Manhattan the same day, is seen in the video telling comedienne Roseanne Barr that he staged the scene to look like the cub had gotten hit by a bike.
