Diddy Releases Statement After 6 New Lawsuits Accuse Him Of Sexually Assaulting Men And Minors
Sean “Diddy” Combs is, once again, denying heinous allegations being thrown his way, as six new lawsuits have been filed against the fallen mogul.
Two Jane Does and four John Does filed civil lawsuits against 54-year-old Combs in New York on Monday (Oct. 14), USA Today reports. The alleged incidents happened between 1995 and 2021, including multiple alleged rapes and the sexual assault of women, men and one minor. Accusers also claim that many of these instances occurred during his famous, star-studded parties. Texas attorney Tony Buzbee is representing the six alleged victims, filing these New York suits weeks after filing on behalf of over 120 other accusers.
Combs’ attorneys have now shared a statement on his behalf, telling CNN, “Mr. Combs and his legal team have full confidence in the facts, their legal defenses, and the integrity of the judicial process. In court, the truth will prevail: that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted anyone—adult or minor, man or woman.”
In addition, the legal team suggested that Buzbee is attempting to gain notoriety with the series of lawsuits, telling TMZ, “The press conference and 1-800 number that preceded today’s barrage of filings were clear attempts to garner publicity.”
The lawsuits also name Combs’ various businesses as defendants, with one male accuser also listing Macy’s as a defendant. He claims the Bad Boy founder sexually assaulted him in the stockroom of the chain’s 34th Street flagship department store in NYC in 2008.
“Combs approached Plaintiff while Plaintiff was still on his hands and knees,” the suit claims, adding that Puff then allegedly forced him to perform oral sex. “After he was finished, Combs threw Plaintiff’s head aside and said words to the effect of ‘shut up or I’ll kill you.'”
As for the minor in question, Combs is accused of assaulting a 16-year-old male at a White Party in the Hamptons in 1998. Combs allegedly “instructed John Doe to drop his pants and expose” himself “explaining it was a rite of passage and the route to becoming a star, and also as a way to prove himself.” Another John Doe claims he was assaulted while working as security at a White Party thrown by Combs in 2006.
Combs is currently behind bars awaiting his May 2025 trial, where he will fight charges of racketeering conspiracy; sex trafficking by force, fraud, or coercion; and transportation to engage in prostitution.
