Doctor Who's Jo Martin stars in first look at The Marlow Murder Club
Former Doctor Who star Jo Martin appears in the first look at the new mystery series The Marlow Murder Club.
Death in Paradise creator Robert Thorogood teamed up with streamer UKTV Play and the Drama channel to adapt his hit detective novel, and the series is set to premiere next year.
New images from the series offer a look at dog-walker Suzie (Martin) as she joins forces with retired archaeologist Judith (James Bond star Samantha Bond) and the vicar's wife Becks (The Sandman's Cara Horgan) to solve a mystery in their quiet community of Marlow.

Everyone around town is sceptical when Judith insists a murder has taken place, and soon, she's forced to work with her friends to prove there's a killer secretly operating in their town.
Also pictured in these preview photos is Sandylands' Natalie Dew as DS Tanika Malik, who has to question her scepticism about the murder allegation as evidence begins piling up.

When the project was first announced, creator Thorogood said: "After over a decade of working on Death in Paradise, I'm thrilled to be creating a brand-new murder mystery series for TV.
"I can't wait for audiences to join Judith, Becks and Suzie on their adventures as they solve a series of fiendishly puzzling murders."
Martin previously worked with Thorogood when she guest-starred in an episode of Death in Paradise that aired last year.
The Marlow Murder Club will air on the Drama channel in the UK and MASTERPIECE in the US in 2024.
Thorogood remains one of the busiest writer-producers in TV, as he also has brand-new series and Christmas specials for both Death in Paradise and spin-off Beyond Paradise on the way.
Death in Paradise and its spin-off, Beyond Paradise, air on BBC One and stream on BBC iPlayer.
