Guardians of the Galaxy star Karen Gillan and stand-up Kocher married in 2022 at Castle Toward in Argyll, Scotland.

The couple exchanged their vows in front of family, friends, and the star's former Doctor Who boss Steven Moffat.

Kocher, who has worked on the likes of Saturday Night Live and It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia, met Gillan after she messaged him on Twitter, now X.

"Oh gosh. I slid into his DMs on Instagram!" Gillan said on Live with Kelly and Mark in 2023. "He popped up on my recommended friends list on Instagram.
