Is Donald Trump visiting Bucks County? What we know about Our Lady of Czestochowa stop
Former President Donald Trump may pay a visit to the Shrine of Our Lady of Czestochowa in New Britain Township on Sunday, though few details are available as of Tuesday.
On Tuesday morning, the Rev. Maksymilian Ogar, the shrine’s press secretary, said Trump’s visit hasn’t been confirmed yet. But shrine leaders were in discussions with local and federal authorities about it.

The planned stop in the Bucks County in the Philadelphia suburbs was first reported by LevittownNow, which included that Polish President Andrzej Duda was expected to join Trump, who is in a tight race for president against Vice President Kamala Harris, at the Polish-American shrine and that it was unclear whether the visit would be accessible to the public.
Ogar said if the former president was to come, it would be simply a visit to pray and not an official event.
“We don’t close our doors to anyone who wants to come to the shrine, no matter their religious or political affiliations,” Ogar said. “If they’re coming here to pray, no matter who they are, we don’t take sides.”
Trump's campaign website didn't list any events scheduled for Sept. 22. There did not appear to be any official announcements from the 45th president on social media as of Tuesday morning.

The Bucks County stop would come one week after U.S. Secret Service agents apprehended a gunman hiding just 500 yards away from Trump at a West Palm Beach golf resort — an apparent second assassination attempt on the former president.
A federal criminal complaint filed against suspected gunman Ryan Routh cited cellphone records that showed he spent 12 hours waiting in a wooded area adjacent to the golf course before aiming a semi-assault rifle in Trump’s direction shortly before 2 p.m. last Sunday.
The Secret Service has increased security around Trump after the July 13 assassination attempt carried out by Thomas Matthew Crooks in Butler County.
