PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — A driver at a 76 gas station in North Portland was caught on camera knocking over a new gas pump and driving away.

The incident comes just weeks after the station re-opened following two months of extensive renovations.
Erica Wright, the co-owner of the gas station, told KOIN 6 that the situation is disappointing.
“We made improvements to the station for our customers, for this community and we’re so excited to be open, but then this happens,” said Wright. “It really just feels like a gut punch.”
The gas station is asking anyone with information to contact Portland police.
