East Aurora man airlifted to ECMC after motorcycle crash

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — An East Aurora man was airlifted to ECMC early Tuesday morning following a motor vehicle accident involving a motorcycle, according to the East Aurora Police Department.

Just after midnight Tuesday, East Aurora police say they responded to a report of an accident on Olean Road. A 43-year-old man on a motorcycle had left the roadway and struck a utility pole, according to police.

He was taken to ECMC by Mercy Flight after being treated at the scene by AMR and the East Aurora Fire Department.

The accident remains under investigation.
