EastEnders' Patsy Kensit reveals which star she "swooned" over
EastEnders star Patsy Kensit has revealed which one of her co-stars she "swooned" over.
The actress, who guest starred as the late Lola Pearce's mother Emma Harding on the soap, said she felt starstruck when she landed a gig on the soap.
According to Kensit, who recently appeared in Lola's funeral episode, she was battling some serious nerves before starting the stint on EastEnders, having been a "superfan" of the soap for years.

"I was so nervous on my first week when Jessie Wallace walked past," she said of the Kat Slater actress.
But it wasn't just nerves she encountered when meeting the cast. Kensit said she felt other emotions when she came face-to-face with Phil Mitchell actor Steve McFadden.
"I swooned over him," Kensit said in an interview with the Mirror. "He is so lovely."
Speaking of her time on the Square, Kensit said she had to be on top of her game to make it through the busy filming schedule.

"We shot 40 pages a day and you really have to be on the ball. The writing is so great but I was concerned about the volume of scripts I had to learn. Luckily, I have a photographic memory."
Opening up about her romantic life, Kensit, who confirmed her engagement to Patric Cassidy earlier this year, said: "These things happen when you least expect it. I got set up on a blind date, so there you go."
"I think we have to understand that you are never going to be able to change someone. I use the word companionship. I’m not ruling the intimacy side of things out but relationships are different at this age, and that is good and OK. You have got to be hopeful and grateful."
EastEnders airs on Mondays - Thursdays at 7.30pm on BBC One. The show also streams on BBC iPlayer.
