Emmy-nominated actor comes to Abilene
Emmy-nominated actor, Barry Corbin, will be coming to Abilene on March 2. Corbin will join Frontier Texas in hosting their annual event, A Toast to Texas, to celebrate Texas Independence Day.

Corbin will be in Abilene to perform a one-man show entitled "An Evening with Barry Corbin." His performance will help celebrate Texas Independence Day, while raising funds for Frontier Texas.
Doors open at 6 p.m. March 2 at the 201 Mesquite Event Venue, and the show starts at 7 p.m. Tickets are on sale now at Frontier Texas and online. Early bird ticket cost is $90 per ticket and the prices go up after February 10.
Ticket price includes drinks, appetizers, and the performance by Barry Corbin. Groups of eight or more receive a discount and will pay $85 per ticket.
Ticket revenue will help raise funds for Frontier Texas' Facility Expansion Plan. Frontier Texas is also accepting sponsors of the event, and those interested can contact Whitney Herrington for more information.
