Exam shows horses who were suspiciously killed in Wisconsin died from intentional blunt force trauma

CAREY, Wis. (WFRV) – Authorities in Wisconsin have provided an update on the months-long investigation into the suspicious deaths of two horses on a property.

According to a release, the Iron County Sheriff’s Office says that an examination of the deceased horses confirmed that they died as a result of intentional blunt-force trauma.

The incident happened back on April 26 on a property off of County Highway C in the southern portion of Carey.
