The claim: Joe Biden's brother-in-law owns Dominion Voting Systems

Numerous viral posts bear the message: "Bidens sister is married to Stephen Owens, who owns Dominion voting systems."

Chi Nguyen-Zeh – whose post has been shared more than 1,200 times – has not responded to requests from USA TODAY for comment.
